  1. How long are shipping times?

We work with suppliers around the world to source our products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10-20 business days for items to arrive.

 

  1. What's your return policy?

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. The products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please view our returns policy for details. We do not provide refunds for change of mind. 

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Please email us at hello@theallera.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order with the subject line 'CANCEL ORDER'. Our distributor’s process orders quickly, but we will try our best to process your request. Please note if your order has already been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order then please email us at hello@theallera.com and send a photo of the item. Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a photo of the item at hello@theallera.com.
